This is a very impressive village wine, made from the sweeter, finer-tasting vineyards north of Nuits. Half was matured in 228-litre barrels and half in 500-litre barrels to capture the fruit. 100% wholebunch fermented. A powerful, structured, black-fruited Nuits with a full and grippy palate.
