Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
 
Les Brunes 2020 is a very great Languedoc wine, produced by Domaine des Creisses in the Hérault valley. It is one of the references of this region. A perfect Cru made from a blend of 62% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 38% Syrah.
 
This cuvée vinified entirely in new barrels for 16 months can be enjoyed in its young years with a very good ageing potential!
 
Tasting notes :
The dress : A beautiful luminous purple colour.
Nose: reveals bright aromas of spices, blackcurrant with a touch of vanilla.
The palate: rich and limpid, fruity with fine tannins and magnificent ageing potential.
 
The advice : Put this nugget in a carafe at least one hour before tasting it. It will go wonderfully with red meat, braised lamb or duck breasts.
