This is a great red wine. The color is very strong, very tannic, but with very round tannins with great finesse. The dominant trend in his youth is on the red fruits, to transfer gradually with spicy notes, after a few years of aging. Serve in a carafe from 5 to 7 years, reaching its optimum from about 10 years. This Hermitage Domaine des Remizières perfect accompaniment to red meats and game.
